The forums seem rather lethargic these days. I suppose people are on vacation, or preparing for one. Pierre must be busy with the next release and unavailable to contribute, but questions are taking an atypically long time to answer if at all.

Of primary concern is the silence regarding the next version. It has been well over one month (I know there was Pierre's intervening vacation), and promises for fixes of bugs have not happened. I am not saying that the next version should be released prematurely - but since IQ is in active development, I would hope for some better information. In the past we have enjoyed regular updates through this and other forums. Has something changed?

Hi Jon,

Nothing has changed and v0.9.25U should be released soon.

Apart from holidays and some personal / work stuff, what happened was that I was experimenting on ways to make the UI more responsive and as a consequence, stability was compromised.

Thanks for your patience !

Improvements in this area are needed and will bring performance in line with other outliners and PIMs (UR, Ecco, etc.). This has alwyas been an issue for me and it has been so for other for whom I demonstrated IQ. Performance has been addressed before, and is much better, but it is not where it needs to be.
