 Why should I see a scheduled item in month view but not in week view?  Thank you.

You should see it in all views. Do you have an example when this occurs ?

Yes. I do. Best of my recollections
I created an item in the calendar (week view) 8am-4pm did not check mtg
I can see the item in the month view but not in the week view 
The items appear in the journal  view

Hi Jan,
I've tried every possible combinations I'm aware of and can't reproduce the problem either.
Could you provide 2 quick screenshots: 1 of the full month view, 1 of the week view ? Maybe this will give us a clue about what's going on.
