If I right click on a column header in a grid that's not active (e.g. : 2 vertically tiled grids), and select an option (like "Word Wrap"), it will affect the active grid, not the one in which I right clicked.

Weird. It's a potentially pretty important problem because one could completely disrupt the sorting of a grid trying to sort the content of another one.

Oh yes... it could do even more (i.e. delete the wrong item)

I've disabled the context menu when the grid does not have focus. As a bonus, right-click and hold on item from a non-focused grid will show the properties / html. Releasing the mouse button will restore these to the current focused item. Fixed in 0.9.25pre-rel24.

Thanks for fixing that.

The new feature doesn't seem to completely work here.
If I hold the right mouse button (on item on non focused grid) nothing happens, but the item properties/html content briefly appears when I release it -- and content quickly switches back to focused item in active grid.

this is a really nice feature for comparing items, (thanks Pierre). I notice:
If I right-click on an item, then 'let go', then right-click again - the second right-click doesnt have any effect. It would be nice if you could get that to work, as, in order to really compare two items I would toggle their respective proeprties like that.

(I can add to Mantis if you want)

Armando, is it not working at all for you?
or are you having the same problem as me:-

It works here - there's just the problem that:

1st right click on item in non-focused grid works
A 2nd right-click on the same item in non-focused grid does not work (I need to right-click on a different item in the non-focused grid & then the first item will work again)

Hope that's clear (?)

Thanks for the feedback Tom. Thanks to the provided details, I discovered what the problem is : I have the mouse gesture soft StrokeIt installed and there's a small conflict -- easily solved : I just press the modifier key "ctrl" and it works perfectly.

It's a cool feature Pierre, thanks.
