Using version T. The described problem occurs whether the outline is zoomed or is at normal magnification.
 
1. Grid consists of the item number and the item. No columns.
2. Hoist an item with several levels of subs
3. CTRL+9 to expose all the subs
4. Print Preview | WYSIWYG | True printer
5. Some of the word wrapped lines are partially obscured by the following item. Printing produces the same results (expected).
6. If I choose  Print Preview | WYSIWYG | PDF printer driver, the display is correct. However printing to a printer from this produces substandard results.
 
HTML prints well, but I would like to be able to print WYSIWYG because I can control the indentation making the outline easier to read.

By the way, I do not see any colors (background or foreground) when printing/exporting to html. Shouldn't I?

settings in IE can stop background colour showing - internet options / advanced / printing

 Yes, but Opera is my default browser. Besides, I have a copy of IQ version P3 and the colors preview and print as expected. I think this is broken in version T.

sound like one for mantis then - unless it's fixed in "U"
 

Some additional caveats. I did get the page printed correctly but only by reducing the magnification to one or two steps below zero magnification. That makes the font too small, but it is working.
 
I now have a question about the use of zoom. In the menu, there are three choices: enlarge, reduce, and F11. What does the latter do? Also is there an easy way to restore the grid to zero magnification? There is no way to know and I admit that it is possible that my printing problems (not the problem with printing color in html as noted above) was because some magnification was applied. On the other hand, if this is truly WYSIWYG printing, there should be no problem with magnification. After all, it appears correctly on the screen.

CTRL + 0 is usually the standard to go back to 100%

Actually, I don't know if ctrl+0 works in IQ. I don't think so. I was just saying that it would be a good shortcut choice if it's going to be implemented.
Maybe there's alreadu one... Pierre ?
