Just something to look at when you get a chance.
 
IQ doesn't seem to be recognizing onenote links like the following. I'm guessing you just need to add onenote to the list of link naming schemes?

I can use the following if I explicitly define the hyperlink
onenote:///C:OneNote%20NotebooksPersonalUnfiled%20Notes.one#NOTES – Accelerator
 
I can't use this though, it assumes its a wikitag:
onenote:///C:OneNote%20NotebooksPersonalUnfiled%20Notes.one#NOTES – Accelerator&section-id={DCAA110B-5EC9-4A91-97A5-7D0D2CF98A12}&page-id={B5676A7A-1464-4F28-9C3B-19D959A03733}&object-id={CDCC5835-9811-454F-B00D-5651B755FCD7}&65

This is in the HTML pane.
 
It works in MS office apps if you put it in angled brackets, so
<onenote:///C:C:OneNote%20NotebooksPersonalUnfiled%20Notes.one#NOTES – Accelerator&section-id={DCAA110B-5EC9-4A91-97A5-7D0D2CF98A12}&page-id={B5676A7A-1464-4F28-9C3B-19D959A03733}&object-id={CDCC5835-9811-454F-B00D-5651B755FCD7}&65>
 
As I said, this is more of an FYI. Was thinking if its as easy as adding onenote to a list it would be worth it.
