When I opened my multi-columned Journal grid this AM I saw this.
I had to reconstitute my grid (no big deal but.....)
This is not the only time this has happened but I can't provide steps for recreation.

Did you experience any crash the evening before ? Did IQ closed cleanly ?

Armando, can't answer that accurately BUT
overnight Windows updated itself &
reset the computer
 
IQ was open when I left the computer but I don't know if program close was orderly or not
Maybe I should close IQ each evening?
 
But that shouldn't be happening anyway, should it?

 
This happened to me regularly for a while then just stopped being a problem...
 
 
One thing that worked for me at least once (but wasnt effective for some others) was to right-click the grid-tab and click "New window".
The second tab with the grid displayed the columns.
