In attached screen dump at the bottom of the screen you will see Pndg in the list of open tabs but you will not see a grid Pndg

Question :
- does that grid exist in your grid management dialog ? You created it ?
 
I've had problems with grid buttons in the past. But I seemed to be the only one. Usually the problem happened when I opened another DB (simultaneously), and then closed it. Then some buttons in my other DB wouldn't open any grid OR would open the wrong one. I haven't experienced that in a while though (and am pretty happy about it.... )

yes, it exists in grid management
yes I did create it
no, it doesn't happen when I open another dB; I only work in one
but it may still be the same problem
