Would you mind on the next chm run, to "include keywords from html files"?

Here's what it looks like in the compiler; you may know how to make a directive for the perl script instead.

 

You'll notice on section 5 of the manual, I copied the html shown below, at the bottom of the online manual test pages. Then when I compiled myself, it gave the 1Find and 1Search entries at the top of the index page, and kept the index.hhk entries you set up (please keep those there, as they will help figure out appropriate index terms.

This should be a way forward on an index file.  If you're okay with this technique, I'll make a forum post about the section 20 page I started, then get people to load that up with terms that should be in the index.
