Here, on my IQ "installation" (portable), the views toolbar entry is always present in the toolbar context menu (right click on toolbars) -- it was recently added as a "permanent" toolbar there.

However, yesterday, I installed IQ on somebody else's computer (latest version), removed the views toolbar for fun, and the entry disappeared from the toolbar context menu... I tried the same thing on my computer, but the "views" entry is always presennt. I wonder why.

Anybody else ?

I've seen that too, but haven't been able to track exactly when it happens.

Maybe it doesn't appear until you have varied views. ???? I don't know if this is good or bad but ...

Armando, I just tried it on a new installation, and the toolbar wouldn't re-enable.
When I exited, and restarted the program, it would then re-enable the toolbar.
See if you get the same thing if you get a chance.

If you do a customize, does the "Views" toolbar show in the list (it is the last entry) ?

Hi Pierre, I missed that last post of yours.

- So I created a new directory with a brand new IQ inside.
- I fired IQ,
-  opened a new sample DB.

- Deactivated the "views" toolbar (Right click on toolbars, uncheck "Views").
- Right click on the toolbar -->  no "Views" toolbar available in the toolbars context menu.
- Right click on the toolbar --> customize : no "Views" toolbar available in the list.
