This bug defeats the purpose of the "sort protection mechanism" (i.e. to turn on sortbar to activate the "column header sorting").
So it's still possible to inadvertently resort a grid and make dangerous mistakes by clicking on a header + it makes a ctrl-click on column headers (for column selection, let's say to print...) tricky at best.
Mantis issue where everything was described:
1072 | ON first IQ launch : you can sort columns by clicking on them even if "sort bar" is OFF. |

Plus : I thought ctrl-click could not just select columns but also un-select them, but it doesn't seem to be the case. Or is there a special way to do it ? Once a column is selected here (by ctrl clicking on its header), I can't unselect it. So I'm basically stuck with the item column as I can never unselect it...
