Now that the SortBar remembers sort for a grid, I'm wondering if there's an easy way to clear it's contents :-)
What's happening here is that I add more & more columns to the sortbar but never remove any (yes, call me a lazy beggar )
 
In terms of the actual sort, only the first couple are making a difference - but I guess the others could simply be slowing things down?
 
Oddly enough, if I right-click in an empty space in the sortbar, I get the context menu for the current selected item (not sure what happens if nothing is selected).
This is not bad as such, but unexpected...

You can drag the column headers out of the sort bar to clear it. A context menu to clear column sorting would be nice...

yeah, that's what I meant by calling myself a lazy beggar - I didnt want to have to drag them all out again
