 Is it possible to modify what fields shop up when viewing item 'info' from context menu (or tooltip)? Right now I'm seeing 'Field; Value; Modified; By; and Words', and I'm looking for a quick way to view an item's IDItem (without showing that column, obviously).

I don't think it's possible right now. My workaround is to have the IDItem column showing to the right of the # column, but sizing it such that nothing is visible within the column.

Another way is to have the HTML pane visible or on autohide.
The HTML pane tab (when on auto-hide) or its title bar display the  Item ID.
(That's how I personally get that info quickly.)

This is a good suggestion. I could implement a ItemInfoTemplate.htm file, much like others used.
 
If someone puts it in Mantis, I'll get to it in my spare time (this is a matter of a couple of hours at most...)
