I can't seem to get InfoQube to launch and login from the Startup folder. The StartUp shortcut properties is:

Target:  "E:WindowsMy DocumentsMagic BriefcaseInfoQubefilename.sndb" /Password:**********
Start in: "E:WindowsMy DocumentsMagic BriefcaseInfoQube"

Any suggestions?

TIA..

Mike

Have you sucessfully made a desktop shortcut with those parameters?

Here,
using a shortcut on the desktop, with the same format as yours:
"FILEPATH" /Password:*****
IQ will open, and attempt to open the file, but the password is not applied.

It seems you have to give the IQ path first,

Example 2: Creating a Windows shortcut with the following, would automatically start up the kab002 IQbase
C:IQInfoQube.exe /File:C:IQUsersKeithkab002.SNDB

if I give IQ's path first, then filepath, then password details - it open the file fully.
(I gave the file's parent folder under "Start in:" )

I have added it to startup but wont be rebooting till tomorrow.

that worked here. Exact details also shown for the test file:

Target:
"IQ Path" /"FILEPATH" /Password:*****

C:Portable~InfoQube~InfoQube.exe /F:Temp~IQ_TEST3.SNDB /Password:fish
-
for some reason backslashes are removed on posting - I replace backslashes with a tilde ~.
Note I didnt use quotes because there were no spaces in the paths.

Start in:
file's parent folder -

F:Temp
