I had an idea just now - it would be really cool if there were generic web browser / HTML viewer panels in IQ that could be used to load my HTA tools into so that I could create custom UIs that would run right inside of the IQ Interface. Do you think something like this would be possible? It works pretty well to just have something running in an external windows, but something integrated into the UI would be a lot easier to use. With a nice library of VBScript functions to access the currently active DB (just need a way to pass the filename to the HTA app really), we could eventually have a bunch of third party extensions running inside of IQ providing all kinds of extra functionality. This would be especially cool once support for saving panel positions is in place.
Of course fully integrated support for VBScript would be even better - but it seems like browser panels would be a good compromise and probably a lot easier to create if you can allow them to load HTA applications.
