This is a fairly new bug. Started a few versions ago, not sure when.
Steps:
1- Open Sample DB
2- Open "Welcome" Grid
3- Remove the autoresize option for columns (right click on header, etc.)
4- Add 2 columns : "Notes" (Text field) and "Leads" (Y/N field)
5- Resize the "Notes" column so that it's pretty narrow -- e.g. as narrow as the header.
6- Modify the "Lead" field auto-assign equation : A:Notes=Notes & " test "
7- Set Word Wrap ON for the text columns.
8- In item column : in one item (only one), enter 1,2,3 with each number on a separate line (shift+enter).
Should appear as :

9- Now, click multiple times on the "Leads" check box.
After a few clicks, the content of the "Notes" column (which should display "test test test [....]") should move/push the items' row border (delimiter/line) over the next item, makin it's content invisible
Normally, the whole grid's content should be pushed down.
Going to the next item with the down arrow, just pushes the border on the next item etc. No way of seeing everything normally without doing a refresh. (I.e. the row delimitation moves over the next one and stays like that until the focus moves to it. Then the next item is partly hidden, etc. until one reaches the end of the item list. It makes it impossible to fully see all items.)
This happens extremely frequently here as I use narrow fields/columns to display icons that are added through auto-assign processes.
