Since people rarely have reason to use it, it might be worth noting that in addition to the standard Tools > Database Management > Delete All Items, as of version 81 there is also now a Tools > Database Management > Other Tools > Mask Data option that wipes out both grid and html pane text for every item. So either option should allow people to share a file without revealing any personal data.
