This is sorted in the Pre 6 update.
 
In new file with content:
open Tags grid
double-click to create new items -- none show in the grid -- the grid tab shows that there are multiple items, but none are visible.
 
Additional:
if I then AltTab away from IQ and back again, IQ stops responding and has to be killed in the Task manager.

Turns out this because no fields were / are shown in the Tags grid.

When I add the Item field I can edit as expected.
 
This is reproducible in Pre5 in new file with sample data -- and appears to be the case in all files (that dont have tags already at least)
