Focus is in a date field. F2 to open the calendar, return to select a date. Press an arrow key to move to another column in the grid, focus shifts to the Document Pane instead.

I was not able to reproduce it. If you reproduce it on a sample IQBase, please share it.
It's intermittent. It would be more a case of identifying if possible what circumstances it took place, rather than what database. I'll keep an eye on it and see if I can report something more than "this sometimes happens."
