IQ and Evernote are no longer syncing. I did change the password lately after having problems with a web login (appeared to be a Firefox/Evernote problem).

I open the Evernote connect dialogue and click "Sync now"
The Evernote login doalogue opens -- I add my email address and click "Continue"
The next window opens but is blank and remains blank.

I then tried the "Disconnect" button and attempted to reconnect with the same results.

When I close and reopen the dialogue "Disconnect" is offered again, so it look like IQ thingks we're still connected.

When I click "Check connection" I get the login page again.

Is there some Evernote related info in an ini file or somewhere else in IQ I can delete to allow me make a fresh start -- or do you think this is an Evernote problem?

Comments

I'm using Evernote basic/free and was wondering if this to do with the device limitation of free Evernote, but Evernote help says that
"third-party apps that use the Evernote API integration do not count toward the device limit"

You're the second user to report this..

  1. After searching a bit, can you try to clear the Evernote cookies in your main browser
  2. Another possible fix is deleting this key in the Registry: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Evernote\EvernoteSDK

  this worked!

For a good while after though, I thought sync wasn't working - it was, the grid just needed a refresh.
Thanks Pierre

I'm trying "Evernote Connect..." for the 1st time, after click the "Connect to Evernote" button, I see the message "An Evernote dialog will be shown to authorize access...", after click "OK" I get an error "Connection failed".

While as I tried "Google Connect..." and it worked fine.

Anything I can do to fix this? or anywhere I can check the reason/error log etc.?

Thanks!
