Suggestion = when image properties dialogue is launched, show cursor in the "Width" box.

When you double-click an image, it brings up the image properties dialogue with the cursor in the "URL" box.  To me, it makes more sense to put the cursor in the "Width" box.

This is based on my own usage.  100% of the time that I access image properties it's to change the image size.  Having the cursor come up in the URL box just creates an extra, unnecessary step.  Is there some reason someone would want to change the URL for the image file?  And if so, does this occur more often than needing to change the image size?
