When I copy/paste from Ecco Pro into InfoQube, the text often gets indented to the center of the page.

Is there a way to prevent this without going thru a full-blown import routine?

Hi Wayne,

  1. Can you supply a sample (image) ?
  2. In IQ, you paste in what format (paste special) ?
  3. In IQ, you paste while editing or not (also plain text or WYSIWYG editor) ?

My reply was lost.  Will try again.

1) See attached.  Page 2 shows a second problem where text won't paste at all.

2) I paste with ctrl-v.  In most cases, it pastes immediately.  But now I've started getting a diadlogue that results in a failed paste.

3) I paste with blank item selected (not in edit mode).  WYSIWYG is in effetc.

Don't worry about the "won't paste" issue.  Maybe I have a system memory problem that will clear up with a reboot.

Hi Wayne,

When I paste in IQ, I get a dialog to choose the format. If you don't get the dialog, do Paste > Special instead. Select Tab indented outline. Works perfectly. This was improved in a recent version, so you probably need to upgrade.

HTH !
