Currently spacing between multiple lines within an item seems to be more or loss identical to the spacing between two items. A custom setting would be nice to have for me.

This was added a few months ago:

  • New: Grid: Option to set the vertical padding. Separate settings for when cell wordwrap is On and Off (Tools > Options > Grid)
