Example:

1) I have a long outline with different sections expanded to different levels.

2) I want to select a section of the outline and collapse it to one level, while leaving the rest of the outline unaffected.

3) Select items>ctrl-left arrow

4) This collapses only the first or last item in the selected list.  Remaining items remain expanded.

Shouldn't this method work for expanding/collapsing sections of an outline?

Hi Wayne,

You're right. It seems that Ctrl+Left arrow only collapses the focused item. I'll fix this

What does work however is Ctrl+1. It correctly collapses all selected items

Thanks for reporting

In the next version:

  • Fixed: Grid: Ctrl+Left/Right to collapse/expand only worked for the first selected item, not all
  • Fixed: Grid: Ctrl+Space to toggle the expand state only worked on the first selected item, not all
