I am having a problem getting acceptable print quality using the WYSIWYG grid.
 
See the example attached -- the text is truncated at the top and pushed into the grid.
 
Is there something I am doing wrong that I can do differently to fix this?

Could you either:
  1. send me the file (cleaned of personal data, except the problematic items) , or
  2. send me the XML of the items (select the items, Copy >> XML) ?, or
  3. provide more info on Grid font settings, item fonts and actual item text (with HTML codes, if present)

I was able to reproduce the problem. It seems the grid WYSIWYG printing is a bit off and computes wordwrap slightly differently and hence, an extra line appears in the printing that is not in the normal view. I'll advise the grid supplier.
 
In the meantime, you can change the column width (in your example, increase it) just a bit. Also, Arial 10 does not seem to suffer from this problem (your grid was set to Arial 11)
