Just started playing with emails, looks good. Two questions
 
1. when I select 'send emails/ individual emails' (selected multiple names), when Outlook comes up the names are separated by a ',' in Outlook I need to separate by a ";". I couldn't find a option to change this anywhere.
 
2. I don't recall ever setting up my Outlook client, could have over a year ago, and everything seems to work fine. When I went to Tools/Options/POP email, POP server name, account name and password are all blank, Check for POP mail is unchecked. Shouldn't these be filled in for the email function to work? Just curious, everything seems to work fine.

  1. The Tools>>Options>>General>>POP section is to retrieve emails. IQ has a rudimentary POP email checker and will flash an icon if you've got mail. It does not retrieve the emails
  2. The Item>>Send emails command uses your email client, so it does not require any configuration
  3. The HTML export>>Template can email-merge. For this to work, you need to setup the Tools>>Options>>General>>POP Email>>SMTP sections.

To send multiple emails can I setup IQ to insert semi colons between names instead of commas?
