When drag drop Drag drop from Outlook : could the hyperlinks be created (semi)automatically (like for external files) ? This would allow better integration.

 

The idea here is that the user wouldn't have to 1- open the hyperlink dialog -- which could sill be available manually for hyperlink creation in specific fields which are not the item field -- 2- switch to outlook, 3- drag drop to IQ, 4- fill the dialog to create these outlook "Hyperlink". Instead, the user would just drag, drop, and fill the dialog if necessary.
