Hi All,

I think we've got a pretty nice community web site already... but things can always be improved.

How about these features? Keep in mind that there may be impacts on the site responsiveness... but may be not...
  1. Buddies:
    • Allows you to add other site users to your buddy list, organize these into groups, and monitor their content.
  2. Private nodes:
    • Allow users to make their nodes public, private or visible only to their buddies.
  3. Node ranking: Either per user or global
  4. Node star ranking:
  5. Social bookmarking integration
  6. Related nodes list (based on tags)
  7. A bookmark feature was recently introduced. We could double this with a second set of bookmarks, called Key Post, or something else

Is this custom software?  Just curious why you don't use some cheap well established software like vbullentin?

This is Drupal. IMHO, this is much more versatile than a "regular" forum software, plus it uses HTML format so the content "could" be viewable in IQ (much like the Mantis issues can be viewed in IQ). When I have a minute, I'll publish a IQBase to do it

Here is a request.  On the new posts page, it would be really nice to add the a column showing the name of the last person who replied.  Right now it only shows the author, most forums show the author who started the thread and who made the last reply.

It wasn't trivial, but this is now implemented

Thanks!  I noticed it the moment I logged in!
