I think we've got a pretty nice community web site already... but things can always be improved.
How about these features? Keep in mind that there may be impacts on the site responsiveness... but may be not...
- Buddies:
- Allows you to add other site users to your buddy list, organize these into groups, and monitor their content.
- Private nodes:
- Allow users to make their nodes public, private or visible only to their buddies.
- Node ranking: Either per user or global
- Node star ranking:
- Social bookmarking integration
- Related nodes list (based on tags)
- A bookmark feature was recently introduced. We could double this with a second set of bookmarks, called Key Post, or something else
