1- Create a new DB (Click on File-> New)
2- Open it.
3- Welcome grid appears and all kinds of items appear at the top. They disappear after a refresh
 
Seems to be related to the auto-refresh feature.

Yes, I had found this issue. It is fixed in v0.9.25B
