I would like different outline levels automatically to have different font sizes (something I used to do with Ecco Pro's "outline styles").

In the help file, ch. 2.06, under "Text Formatting", it says:

"Outline (not implemented yet): Choose from a list of outline style (or create you own) to apply formatting (text font, size, numbering scheme, etc) to this grid."

Until this is implemented, I'm wondering if it's possible to create a workaround using conditional formatting. Before I invest the mental energy necessary to fully grasp conditional formatting, I'm wondering if anyone can tell me right off the bat whether this would be possible (or whether there's some other method).

Thanks,
Lucas

It could, if you had access to the item depth (in the outline), which you don't...

but using conditional formats for outlining styles is a GREAT idea. And so simple to implement. Thanks !

Let me get v0.9.25D out and I'll add it to v0.9.25E

(Outlining styles is important and has been totally ignored. It is time to address this !)

I've been doing that for a while, but it only works partially... partly because of the way certain query fields like nbchildren work, and other stuff I can't remember now.

Just following up on this --- should I add it to Mantis? Or did it already get addressed?

Thanks,

Lucas

Interestingly, I don't think it's ever been added to Mantis. It probably should. Thanks Lucas.

Yes, sorry if this feature keeps getting pushed. My time is rather limited lately, so I concentrate on getting a bug-free v0.9.25.

But it is the next new feature to be implemented.
