I think you could simplify and clarify this section by making changes indicated below. I kept looking for the bug reporting procedure under "Bug Reports, Requests", but this is really only a link to Mantis.

  • IQ User Manual is just one of the sub-topics under Documentation, so I'll leave it like that
  • I've renamed the link to Mantis

I never knew the Documentation menu had links to more than just the IQ User Manual...until you just told me told me in this discussion! That is because FAQ, Web site User Manual, and Test Book are not sub-menu items. I'd change Documentation to be a closed item, then when the user clicks the down arrow he/she sees:
 
Documentation
    IQ Users Manual
    FAQ
    Web site User Manual
    Test Book

I see you made the changes...that works for me. Just one little thing...in "IQ User manual" the "m" needs to be capitalized.

The FAQ link under Other Documents does not work for me...even if I do the click here thing...I see nothing.

It seems that the FAQ content was moved to the IQ User Manual, so I deleted the FAQ Book.
