HTML Export

Using version S.

Part 1

I assume I am misunderstanding something.

1. Go to print preview
2. Choose "selected items and columns" (I already selected the items and columns)
3. Bullets: All levels
    Expand links: All levels
    Link type: Both
    Closed items: Always hide
Close items at level #: 2

What do the last two choices do? I would think that the html page would display items to level 2 but you would be able to expand the outline by clicking the level 2 link. It does not seem to matter if I select "never hide" and choose 9, the displayed results are identical. What am I missing?

Part 2

Does sortable headings only work with IE? I use Opera and the clicking on a header does nothing. It used to display a caret under Opera, but not anymore.

Thanks.

I must admit that these 2 last options :
    Closed items: Always hide
Close items at level #: 2
... don't seem to do things in a very obvious way (tried several exports but failed to see what they really did).

I used to do a lot of web export but havent in a good while. It's funny how quickly one (=me) forgets this stuff...
I just did a quick test and I go no sortable heading in any browser: IE, FF, or Opera.

Hi Jon,
  1. Hiding closed items: If an item has sub-items and these are collapsed, you can use this option to hide the item altogether
  2. Close items after level n: Automatically closes sub-items after level n. Works in IE only.
  3. Sortable heading only works if "Spacing" is set to None. I'll update the UI to show this.
