I want to start a new file (database?) and delete all of the sample stuff.  I understand that a grid is basically a view and I can't seem to delete grid from the manage grids dialog (I right click delete and save but it is still there).
 
How do I delete a grid and all of it's associated data (assuming that data is not in any other grids)?

It works here. There may be a small bug that if the grid is opened, you cannot delete it. I'll test further
 
Ensure that the grid to be deleted is not open and repeat your steps. It should work

That may have been it - it is working now.  Also noted that even though I clicked save before the dialog box did not close now it does and the grid is deleted.
