Hi Group, Been gone for a while but keeping half eye on IQ development. Would appreciate it if someone could update me on a single item: 2 way sync between IQ & Google calendar. Thanks. Jan

Hi Jan !

Glad to see you back. Are you enjoying using Zoot ?
Regarding the Google Calendar sync, I know so well how important this feature is for you, and for many other IQ users, so you can be sure it is still top priority. But not ready just yet, sorry.
Been also busy fixing bugs.

Thanks Jon & Pierre for your prompt reply. Yes, Pierre, calendar sync w Google is VERY important to me & you've made great strides with the new calendar module. It is very handsome & useful. I know you don't like this kind of question but I'll ask anyway: Can you offer any guidance on when Google sync might be operational? To answer your question, I've been following Zoot since v1. It's a very clever program with great style & attention to detail. As of v7, it has come a long way & very useful. It's a totally different approach to data storing & mining and IMO, Zoot's major advantage for the average user is that all its rules & actions to manipulate data items are in English (not formulas) as I've mentioned before. I admire & respect Tom Davis' as I much as I admire & respect you for both your commitment to development as well as your attention to details. Out of that respect, I will continue to support both of you in any way I can.
