I've been getting an "Access denied, you are not authorized to view this page" when logging out, when running two separate forum tabs in Firefox. I may have already logged out, and then tried logging out on the other window, I'm not sure.

Yup, this is most likely the case. If you logout in one tab and try to logout again on a different tab, you'll get the error message. In fact, if you simply refreshed this second tab page, you'll notice that you're no longer logged in. This is by design.
