I don't use autobackup and it keeps being checked. Comments Backup path is also getting deleted here.I *do* use AutoBackup and it keeps getting disabled on restart (sounds like it gets toggled on or off (?)) Bad news is that I had to rebuild my dev. machine (hard disk failure on Friday) Good news is that after 3 days of installing / configuring, I'm back with a fully functional dev. environment !
