This is a bug I've experienced for a long time so it's not due to any recent releases.  I believe it's likely due to one of two variables:

1. I run my taskbar along the left side of the screen, not the bottom.

2. It's a 30" 2560 x 1600 monitor.

Here's what happens and it's a 100% consistent bug.  I click minimize.  Now I select IQ again as an open program from the taskbar.  It maximizes full screen and wipes out the Windows task bar.  Now the way to fix it is select maximize twice again, and on the second time, it will maximize properly.

Please fix when you get a chance.

This brings up another question Pierre - why did you change IQ so that the minimize/maximize/close buttons are off to the left, contrary to all other Window programs.  Drives me nuts .

Hi David,

This is a nasty one I've not been able to fix...

If it bothers you, simply turn off that feature. Tools > Options > 1.1.5

Thanks Pierre, placing a check mark in that option, which I guess is what you mean by turning it "off" fixed the issue.

Based on the verbiage I assume that feature is supposed to get rid of the title bar, but FYI, it never does.  I assume that is part of the bug.

Humm... no the bug is with the Windows taskbar.

When the feature is on, and you maximize the IQ window, the window title bar goes away, a screen realestate saving feature
