How can I set up printing area for a grid? Is it possible to see whether it will fit in? Is it possible to scale it to fit it in?

  1. The grid will print all displayed items and columns. You can filter out items and remove/schrink columns. Alternatively, you can tag items (item > tag items) and open up a grid showing tagged items (field=ItemsTagged)
  2. Print Preview is the only way to see how it will look
  3. There is no scale-to-fit feature

Thanks. I think that for now I'll use Evernote to clip the grid and then print.

I'm not sure how you clip to evernote from IQ (?)
but you could export grid to webpage & print from browser
