This is a show stopper for me. I rely on drop down lists quite a lot. Many of mine are multiple selection types. The lists open up fine but after making the selections, nothing appears in the cell. Compact and repair did not help Returning to 78B resolved this.

I was able to reproduce the issue for multi-select fields. Fixed in v79a
Was there a problem for other types of pop-up lists ?

 Thanks for the fix. I could not test further because I needed to have the drop downs functional for my work. That meant going back to 78B. I will test some more with 79A when it comes on line. No rush, 78B is working fine.
 
(sorry for all the edits - either my keyboard on the desktop is acting up of the forum is not getting all my keystrokes)
