To clarify my earlier post - I find that if I load a layout (that includes the HTML Pane) the Pane appears. I press F11, it disappears. But F11 doesn't toggle - if I press it again, the Pane doesn't come back, as (pre-0.9.85a) it did.

FWIW it's working here as expected (85a on Windows 7)
Looking at this some more, it seems to be related to the .Dock.dat files that store the various layouts that I use. With some of them I have this problem, with others it works fine. Can't see any common denominator. default.Dock.dat is one of the layouts that doens't work. I shall investigate some more...
