- focus is on a grid in a pane *outside* the main workspace
- if a popup is triggered in IQ and then closed, the focus first comes back to the main workspace and  "slowly" switches back to the pane(s).
(like I said, I'm talking about panes NOT in tabs, outside the main tab workspace)

The result is that the focus sometimes doesn't fully come back to panes when I start typing -- it's pretty slow...
And then I'll type/modify some item I don't see, in the main workspace.

The workaround is to wait longer, each and everytime. I've seem a few cases where the focus never came back to the panes or came back to some other pane. Not sure why. Maybe a mistake on my part -- will keep my eyes open...

This also happens with Ctrl+G for filtering.
The grid in pane in autohide doesn't get filtered, but the grid in the main work space behind does...
(Except that there doesn't seem to be any workaround. Yes : remove  autohide.)

I realize this is a tad dangerous as I keep pasting over/deleting/overwritting, etc. stuff in the the main workspace when I'm working in panes.
This happens a lot when the copy/paste dialog pops up and other IQ popups (including my own : input boxes or other, from the VBScripting functionality)

AFAICT these focus issues have been resolved in v89

Made a quick test and there is still a problem.

Select items in a pane (not autohide) -- I personally selected several items, but a number field.
Renumber them (using the function "renumber items")
When the renumbering is done, the focus goes back to the main workspace.

I don't know yet if there are other cases of "popups" fooling IQ.
