Hi IQ Users !
 
In this release (v0.9.95) : 
  1. New: Gantt: Multiple Undo
  2. New: Gantt: Improved Critical path calculation and display. Details here
  3. New: Gantt: Ctrl + Mouse wheel now changes zoom (same as it is for the grid)
  4. New: Gantt: Shift + Mouse when now scrolls the chart left - right (same as it is for the grid)
  5. New: Gantt: Start date, End date and range is now shown on the status bar whenever it is changed
  6. New: View > Zoom Reset (grids, map view, surface, calendar)
  7. New: HTML Pane: If the ItemHTMLFile points to a folder (i.e. not a file), now shows an Explorer view of the folder content. Click the Back button to move to the Parent folder (Ctrl + left arrow). Focused file is shown on the URL toolbar
  8. New: HTML pane: When in Browse mode, supports file drag-drop. Drag a file to show it in the HTML pane. Click Save to make this permanent
  9. New: HTML pane opens to the left of the Properties pane
  10. New: Properties pane: ItemHTMLFile field now has a button to select the file
  11. New: Field Management: When the list is filtered (to show Date fields only for example), Export All Equations now shows those first and then shows all other fields
  12. New: EmailToIQ: Manual Import option. Status bar shows the number of emails ready to be imported
  13. New: When using Dropbox sync, opening the IQBase in the sync folder automatically disables sync (no point syncing the file as it is already in the sync folder)
  14. Fixed: Grid: WYSIWYG editor: When starting editing, a few characters were sometimes dropped (fast typing)
  15. Fixed: Gantt: Numerous other fixes
  16. Fixed: HTML pane: now updates on changes to the field ItemHTMLFile

these two already making IQ much more pleasant to use, thanks Pierre

this not working here:
I tried with PDF, txt, & jpg files
 
Damn forgot to set it to browse mode  - this makes it real easy :bigthumbsup:

 Sorry, does seem to not work:
 
Drag & dropping a file in the HTML pane
  • set HTML pane to browse mode:
  • drag jpg file into it - it shows correctly, but:
  • menu: File >Save is greyed out
If I go out of browse mode, the file disappears

Seems to work well. 
(The Gantt tweaks are helpful!)
