Rows in a grid were missing, so I checked Hoist, and the menu indicated that Hoist was not on. I then hoisted and un-hoisted, and the missing items re-appeared.

For me, InfoQube will occasionally do something weird (like stop displaying item numbers). In most cases, if I refresh the screen or close and re-open the file, the glitch goes away and doesn't return. If I can't reproduce the problem, I ignore it since it's not really a problem that Pierre can address.
