When I view my grids it's often like this:

  • Grid 1 I always view with HTML pane off (lots of columns, very little HTML content).
  • Grid 2 I always view with HTML pane on (fewer columns, lots of HTML content)
  • Grid 3 I always view with HTML pane and Property pane on.
And so on. This requires endlessly pinning and unpinning HTML pane etc. as I switch from grid to grid. Any way to remember the settings on a per grid basis?

Thanks Pierre.

Hi David !

Interesting idea indeed

Another option (which I had considered) is the possibility of attaching an HTML pane to a grid, much like attaching another grid to a grid.

What would be best for you ?

I'm thinking remembering the settings might work better, because even though I usually look at the grid in one way, there would still be situations where I want to quickly switch HTML on/off, whereas I think the pane option would be more permanent in nature?
Of course this being IQ, you could always eventually give us both options .
