It would be great if we could create new fields directly from the Properties Pane All Fields section.  For example. press Enter anywhere in the hierarchy to create a new field at that location.  

 

In the meantime i discovered a cool way to do it (probably in the docs already).  Just bring up the Manage Fields Dialog, create a new field, and then drag and drop it to the desired location in the Properties Pane All Fields hierarchy.  Can't do this with multiple fields at one time though.

 

Just discovered I could relocate fields in the hierarchy with the ALT+arrow keys, pretty much the way we arrange items and subitems.  (Except it seems that all subfields are arranged alphabetically under a parent field).  Great!

 

Also in Field Properties would love to see an "Inherit Value from Subfields" box !!  If that would be workable.

 

It's so much fun discovering the things IQ can do.
