Thinking about embedding some Icons into an IQ field (comes from the idea for a Thumbnail Field discussed elsewhere). Of course, the Icons I'm considering are bigger than the standard 16x16 and need to transport along with the SNDB file (but not inside it). Might as well ask before spending too much time experimenting...

 From the local Users Manual:

WARNING : to this date (2009 09 21) IQ loads all icons put in the  \icons\  directory at startup. Putting to many icons in there could severely degrade performance. Around 100 shouldn't be a problem at all. More than 1000 could be problematic...

I also recall reading somewhere that Icons MUST be 16x16; will anything else cause problems?

I also seem to recall somewhere that having an \Icons\ folder in the same directory as the SNDB file will cause IQ to load those icons as well (might be mixing IQ up with some other software I'm exploring). Am I dreaming about this?
