When filtering a multi-select column, you can see all your column values in a list, and check the boxes you want to filter on (by setting: Grid>Column Filter>Select "List Values).
When filtering the Tags column, however, you're not shown a list of tag values to pick (just a blank space to type in).
If I'm correct about this, it'd be nice if Tags filtering had the same list selection as the multi-selection list.
