I reported this before but (think I) didnt get a response at the time -- so it may already be on your todo list Pierre.
 
if I modify or delete one instance of a recurring event in my google calendar, this is not reflected in IQ calendar.
FWIW I usually modify the event in my phone.
IQ contines to show all possible events of a recurring event, and misses out on any changes made.
 
This is a big one (for me anyways) and makes my IQ calendar pretty much unusable.

The same seems to be true the other way round. Deleting a recurrence of an event in IQ calendar will not remove that instance from Google calendar after syncing.

Still some more testing to be done on repeating events, but it is improving. In v114d:
  • Fixed: Calendar: Repeating event exceptions were not sync correctly
