Hi,
I have a wide grid with many fields. I classified them using forms. I'd like to work in a less clattered environment using column sets, on the base of these forms. Nevertheless, after working under a column set, when I want to to see the whole grid again, some fields 'forget' their saved places in the whole picture and end up somewhere else in the grid.
Am I missing a step?
Thanks,
Alp

Hi Alp,

It seems to work here correctly, perhaps it is an issue when the columns are both in the native set and in the column set

Try to reproduce the issue on a sample IQBase and share it with us

Hi Pierre,

My "Native Column Set" is comprised of the whole set of fields in this particular grid. After completing preparation of this grid, I assembled groups of columns under different forms. I'd like to fill out the grid using different column sets at distinct stages in time (on the grid, not on the forms section of Properties pane). From time to time, however, I need to see the whole set of columns together under "Native Column Set". That is when columns are scattered around.
I reproduced the problem on the attached sample02 file. I also attached screenshots of the original positions of columns and their scattered positions after using one of column sets.

Thanks,
Alp

Hi Alp,

Thanks for the sample. I was easily able to reproduce it and it is fixed in v114q
There are perhaps other scenarios that will cause a change in the column order, but your specific example now works fine

Thanks again !
