Probably reproducible: live search for something, get a result that points to a grid with 1000+ items and isn't currently open. In the dialog that pops up to ask whether you just want to load the first 1000 items, select Cancel. IQ aborts. Cheerio!

Just had this happen again and had to restore an older backup file because of it (constant beeping on re-opening the database).
As the subject line states, IQ aborts when I click on a hyperlink in the live search results to view a search result in one of its associated grids and the grid is not currently open and has more items than the limit, e.g. 2000. If I decide to cancel on the dialog asking whether I really want to open a grid with that many items, IQ crashes.
