Hi everyone,
 
I have just set up EmailToIQ and it's fantastic.  I have it set up to not auto-poll nor auto-import.  However, when I click on the button in the status bar to poll, it's very slow to respond, and I keep clicking to get it to update.  And once I have a green icon, I need to click many (2, 5, 8, ...?) times before it will import my emails.  Is this a bug, or do I need to change a setting somewhere?

 Same experience here with the multiple clicks. I normally resort to using the "Tools->Check EmailToIQ now" command.
And yes I agree with you the EmailToIQ option is fantastic. I use it daily to collect info whilst on my mobile devices to sent to IQ

I have it setup to poll but not import. It works fine with a GMail address. What mail server are you using ?
 
To import, a double-click on the icon works.

I am using GMail, set up exactly as you described in the manual.  It is DOUBLE-click to import?  I have been doing a single click, as instructed in the popup.  If it is a double-click, can you please edit the popup to say "double-click"?
I just tested double-click and it does work to import that way.
